In the Dark *dark and desire*

"I've got to go get a few more items to finish the baby's room, I'm supposed to meet one of the pack to see about some clothes and a few toys," I said. "And I'll just take whatever you're making, make sure there's a lot."

i nodded and cracked all dozen eggs and zcrambled them i gave you most of it and got alittle fior myself i didnt eat much these days most of the time i was either working on stuff with dad or helping with the baby room or at times on sparse spy missions

I smiled as I watched him. When he got the food to me I smiled more, "thanks love. I love how helpful you are right now."

"all for you my love" i said and kissed your head as i sat down and started to eat

"Well thank you very much," I said before eating.

i smiled and ate slowly "well i know that i did this to you so i decided to help as much as i can

"No we did this, and I don't regret a thing, but in about 2 weeks it will all become a little easier. The baby will be here keeping us both awake all the time," I smiled softly. I was a very excited mother hoping that the time didn't fly as they say it does. I was already afraid of the day I wouldn't be needed by my baby, and a number of occasions I found myself tearing up.

i smiled and finished eating. 'i know just as long as you keep taking things easy il be back soon enough my love dad calls" i said as my phone rings i kissed ytou deeply as i passed you and smiled not noticing a noise in the back of the house as i left

I kissed him back and put my finished plate in the sink. As I did I noticed the sound and went to see what was going on. I'd found a few wild animals back here occasionally that liked to make a mess. I walked outside having this thought in mind and only prepared for that.

i went to my dads and sighed sensing from her that something was off but not dangerous yet. and the bitch suddenly appears from by the house and you just barely catch the motion on the corner of your vision she charges you as quietly as she can

I felt something push me to the ground. I was barely even sitting up before she knocked me down again. Before I could try to call for help she slammed my head on the ground which confused me and kept me from calling for help.

i told my dad that i needed to go because something didnt feel right i could barely feel her connection to me and i ran as fast as i could home calling your name loudly when i finally saw her attacking you i ran at her and morphed into cat form in mid leap slamming hard into her and knocking her off youas i landed i ran back and stoood over you growling loudly as i alpha called to all to come to my aid

I groaned and held my stomach as she had made a large gash across it. The others were here quickly enough to help us.

grab her before i kill her" i said loudly as i stayed over you until the medics come and take a look at you

She was restrained quickly and taken away. I groaned again and looked at him scared as my hand was covered in blood. "Fang," I said softly but it didn't conceal how I felt right now. When someone grabbed my hand I looked at them and tried to do something to keep them from it but I couldn't move much. I was afraid to let go but they made me and lifted my shirt to see the full extent.

i quickly changed back not caring that i was naked and kneeled down at your head "im here baby its gana be ok

I looked at him as they started to find a way to keep me from bleeding too much. "It hurts Fang, I can't feel the baby," I said and fears filled my eyes at the thought I might have lost it. When the medics had me as ready I could be to be put in the car they looked at him, "sir she needs to leave now," they said which told me that my condition is almost the worst its been from any of my previous trips to the hospital.

"il be right behind you i promise" i said and kissed you deeply "just hold on baby" i said then looked at them "save them both please" i said seriousloy before letting them go

They lifted me into the car. One of them sat by me making sure everything was staying where it needed to be and that I stayed as calm as possible. Of course I was freaking out and crying. When we arrived at the hospital I was tired from the blood loss and breathing shallow. I heard someone curse saying the bandage hadn't been helping like they thought. When I finally was in a room I heard someone say something about my baby and I nearly came off the bed trying to get them to repeat what it was. They held me down softly and put a mask on my face and got an IV going as they were trying to out me to sleep. I fought hard against it afraid I was dying but the drugs won out.

i ran to the hospital and was quickly stopped by nurses i growled but stayed put slowly pacing back and forth as i waited with as much patience as i could

It wasn't long until they had the baby here safely and completely fine. A nurse left quickly to clean it up as the doctors worked with me.

i kept pacing and trying to reach her and failing but noticing just a faint touch

When the doctors finished a nurse moved me into a room where I could rest and they already had the baby's bed ready in there. The nurse then went to show him which room I was in and gave him a summary of all that went out today and how much I lost.

i sighed softly as i finally got to your room and sat next to you and the baby slowly rubbing your hand as i held it tight in my hands

I lay still aside from my breathing. The baby lay quietly for a moment before crying for attention.
