"We will have all the necessary preparations for a coronation, funeral, and a wedding. You are allowed to declare him king, but he must be married to you before he sits on that throne. If you wish to have time we can still prepare you a coronation, just not him," one of the men said. I looked at him because I knew where I stood, and when I asked him to be my king, that was my asking for a future together. Now he needed to decide if he was ready or not.

"Yes I can wait but until then I will be the one that enforces everything around here and if I find anyone even treating my people with ill respect I will have their heads including all of u and the noble born. And my people will be treated with respect no if ands or buts and must be released from slavery starting her coronation

They nodded, "best date for a coronation is in 3 days. Your father's funeral, well you may know that he's got a pyre in his future. If you would like to go you may." I nodded, "I understand and no I will not attend. I have things I must do to get every detail settled before I am queen.I have many appointments to make in such little time." They nodded. "We will handle the planning of the coronation ceremony, if you can handle yourself." I nod, "yes, I will be able to do so. Thank you for your time," I said before walking out.

I walked out as well bc I knew if I said anything else they wouldn't like me 2 much for what I had to say about the king and walked.with u to your destination

"I need an appointment with the tailor, our make up artist, and someone who can make my crown. Each crown is fitted to each individual, all of this must be done tomorrow," I said mostly to myself but I was making sure my schedule was clear to them all. My posture was a little different, I took on more of a regal stature than normal. I looked forward mostly shifting my eyes about the halls searching for the room I would need to prepare all of this. I found it and went inside. All the people I would need to speak to were listed and all j had to do was write a letter.

I sighed and waited by the door staying out of the way

I wrote a few letters to the people I needed before getting a maid to send them off. I smiled at him when I finished, "so now my schedule is free for some time, what do you think I should do?"

I glanced.out the window and saw some stragglers coming in both of my kind and humans and smiled "well maybe you should greet some of the people that are coming in from the outskirts and maybe show the people what it means to be a true queen."

"What do you mean by that?" I asked.d

I laughed and smiled "look out the window we have people from the outskirts coming in both of my kind and humans

"I know, but showing them how to be a queen? It's not a custom for a princess to do too much outside work before being coronated. In the week leading up to it. There's a lot to do, and I am just waiting for the tailor to make it here," I said. "Though everyone is going to be invited to the celebration feast."

I nodded and sighed "then Idk. I've always been out there in the midst of everything even when I became unofficially the leader of the rebellion and the pack of kajiit that sit out there in that crumbling fortress to show that I cared and was willing to get my hands dirty just as much as they were even though I was so high up considered so much better than they at least in their eyes the ones that didn't have the strength to stand and speak their minds or the ones that were too afraid bc of what they thought would happen. Screw tradition yes you may have a busy schedule but you know what you still have to give them ur time as well. They are our children out there that we have to show the way to and protect till our last dying breaths I may not be royalty or even grew up like it and nodded offense but I know that if they don't c u they will.consider u a tyrant." I said softly and never once shouted or mentally anything mean about it just something for her to think about

"And I know that too," I said softly.

"All I'm saying is that sometimes tradition is holding us back and even if ur schedule is full or even of u have just a spare moment like now take time and spend it with ur people get to know them for who they are not just as ur subjects but as people that have lives and loved ones. That was ur father's biggest mistake please don't make it as well

"I know," I said. I sighed, "I'm going to try."

One of the maids came to tell me the tailor was here.

"Do you want me with u my lady?" I asked softly

"Only if you wish to be involved. It will be incredibly boring for you," I smiled softly at him.

I nodded and kissed u deeply "alright I'll go find something to do then" I said and left her be for awhile and ended up in the training yard watching them
