I sighed as I looked up and nodded to you before pulling the big 600 pound beast to the butcher. And left it there not realizing it was already afternoon and still haven't eaten yet. Most of my people considered me their pack leader but I wasn't ready to tell her that yet or a lot of my other secrets.

I walked out to help them skin the bear and prepare to make decent meals out of it for everyone and as the butcher cut it up my people lined up to get a few strips of meat and invited the humans to do the same for their families. At least those that weren't afraid of the humans.

I smiled as I let one of the other butchers take over as I went to help pass out the raw meat. And about mid afternoon it was all gone

I smiled as I sat back and relaxed quietly thinking of the conversation we had had before I left and killed the bear and sighed knowing I had given you much to think about

I got up and finally left my room. I hadn't been out at all, not even to eat. Julian was in the dining hall with food ready knowing I was coming. I thanked him as I sat down to eat.

We sat to eat when the meal was ready a lot of my people donated the bear meat they had gotten to the feast and I knew that the chef tonight had a special treat for us with the bear meat. The kajiit knew how to cook and cook well even though we didn't have fancy kitchens
