I laughed when we stopped, I've never had so much fun before, so this was new. I'd never had the chance to play tag either.

I laughrd and smiled "that was fun shall we continu?" i asked as i start backing up

"Well, I think you need some work on your sneaking around. You're very noticeable for a kahijit who tends to be quieter than my own kind. I heard every step you took," I said. I was wondering if he was taking it easy on me for that.

"Trust me im better out in the field." i said with a soft smirk

"Really. I'm surprised," I replied. He didn't seem like he was allowed for that sort of thing.

I smiled "i trained with the men plenty of times even tho dad doesnt want me to

"Fighting is essential, even for girls. So I think learning this is important," I said.

I nodded and smiled "so true specially these days

"Yes, and how is a girl going to defend herself if a man tries to take her?" I said. The answer for my people has always been nothing. Even with my strength it wouldn't help when those boys get crazy.

"Then you get a fool like me who can kick their asses with finess instead of brute strength

"Well where I come from no one is going to help you. You either help yourself or you die," I said softly.

"Not here everyone lives and learns as a pack specially the soldiers. If u cant trust one another then the whole army will fall apart very quickly. Everyone here watches eachothers backs we still live in suspicion but we always have eachothers backs until proven otherwise. "I know about that, I also know that she is no heir. Her mother was pregnant with her before the king touched her, even if by mere minutes. I can smell it, though most of it is from your father," I said not wanting to think why she smelled so much like him.
